Suvir Varma has over 25 years of experience in management consulting and private equity, most recently as a Senior Partner with Bain & Company, where he led the firm’s Financial Investor practice across Asia Pacific. In that role, he advised private equity and sovereign wealth funds on their investment strategies across the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Varma also served on Bain’s Investment Committee for many years.  Prior to joining Bain in 2002, Mr. Varma spent 6 years at A.T. Kearney, where he led the firm’s Strategy Practice in Southeast Asia. Mr. Varma started his career in investment banking in the US and Hong Kong. Mr. Varma holds an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a B.Sc from Babson College, USA.

In addition to his role at Campbell Lutyens he is a Senior Advisor with Bain and Company, sits on the Board of a number of companies and holds advisory roles with a number of Private Equity firms.
