Aiva leads Campbell Lutyens’ GP secondary advisory business in Asia Pacific. Since joining the firm’s secondary advisory team in 2009, she has advised both GPs and LPs on a broad range of secondary transactions across private equity, infrastructure, private credit and real estate. She played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the firm’s secondary advisory presence in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Aiva worked in the UBS fund placement group and previously at an M&A advisory boutique. She holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe and a BSc in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
