Brooks joined the Campbell Lutyens secondary advisory team in 2022.

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Brooks was an associate at Cowen and Company in their SPAC M&A group.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Elon University’s Love School of Business.
