Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens in 2025, Eric worked as a Vice President at Phalanx Impact Partners, a single-family office focused on private equity investments in middle-market energy transition companies. Prior to this, Eric was an Associate at Guggenheim Securities in the Leveraged Finance / Debt Advisory group. Eric also held roles at NatWest Markets and UBS. 

He holds a Bachelors of Science in Management from Tulane University.
