Erica has eight years of Sales, Operations, and Management experience with a focus in unifying cross-functional teams to streamline efficiencies.

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Erica worked as a Project Manager/Sales Strategy and Operations Associate at Better Mortgage. She has worked in a diverse set of industries including wellness, real estate, and technology. Her expertise includes client relationship management, sales strategy, and process improvement.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Psychology from Mercy College.
