Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens in 2025, Eugene was a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of J.P. Morgan in Singapore, where he advised clients across Southeast Asia on mergers and acquisitions, equity, and debt capital markets transactions in the infrastructure, transportation, and industrials sectors.

Eugene holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) with a Second Major in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.
