Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens in 2025, Gianluca was a Vice President in the Business Development team at Incus Capital, a pan-European real assets investment manager with c.€3 billion AUM. At Incus, he focused on project management across fundraisings, co-investments, and client solutions.

Gianluca holds double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas Madrid and an MBA from HEC Paris.
