Before joining Campbell Lutyens in 2024, Gillian worked at Houlihan Lokey as Head of HR, International. She has 25 years’ experience in HR and Talent, mostly in the financial services industry. Companies she has worked for include Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, RBS, and Macquarie.

Gillian holds a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics & Phonetics.
