James joined Campbell Lutyens in 2011 and co-heads the Asia Pacific Advisory team, with a particular focus on fundraising. He has advised on a broad range of primary transactions across private equity, infrastructure, and private credit with clients including BPEA, EQT, Pacific Equity Partners and CPE.

He joined Campbell Lutyens from Matrix Private Funds Group, where he was focussing on European private equity fundraisings. Prior to this, James was a member of the corporate finance team at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he specialised in the business services and environmental sector. 

James is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BA in Economics from Lancaster University.
