Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens in 2025, Madison spent eight years at RBC Capital Markets. He worked most recently on the Leveraged Finance team as a Vice President covering both Financial Sponsor and Corporate clients. Madison began his career in investment banking in RBC’s Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure group. 

Madison holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a focus on Leadership Studies.
