Theresa brings over 20 years of experience in change, transformation, programme/project management, operations, and sustainability across the UK Retail Banking and Wealth & Investment Management sectors.

Before joining Campbell Lutyens in 2025, Theresa held senior roles at Verso Group, Brown Shipley (A Quintet Private Bank), and Santander UK. She successfully led significant transformation initiatives.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Consumer and Applied Sciences from Otago University and has completed the Business Sustainability Management course at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She is a PRINCE2 and MSP Practitioner and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
