Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens in 2026, Tom worked in Rothschild & Co’s GP Solutions team in London and Paris, advising on a range of GP-led secondary transactions.

Tom began his career in the Capital Solutions group at Credit Suisse in London, focusing on GP-led secondaries. He has additional experience through roles at Intermediate Capital Group, Arma Partners and J.P. Morgan.

Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from University College London.
