Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens in 2025, Tom was a Senior Associate at Esas Holding, a single family office, where he worked in the international private equity team focusing on co-investments. He previously worked at Jamieson Corporate Finance, advising management teams on private equity transactions.

Tom is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter.
