Virginia joined Campbell Lutyens in 2019.

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Virginia was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, focusing on private investment funds. She advised both fund managers and sponsors in the formation, structuring and management of private investment funds, including buyout funds, credit funds, special situations funds, growth equity funds, and hedge funds and other types of “alternative” investment vehicles, including co-investment arrangements, joint ventures and other general partner/management company arrangements.

Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Virginia worked as an investment management associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York.
