James Wardlaw presented to a gathering of UK regulators organised by the Regulatory Policy Institute in conjunction with the UK Regulators Network, at the Institution of Civil Engineers on 23rd April 2015.
His presentation set out the perspective of institutional investors around the world, towards UK regulated assets and the practice of independent economic regulation in the UK.
