Old Ironsides Energy announces Final Closing of Old Ironsides Energy Fund II
Old Ironsides Energy, LLC is pleased to announce the final close of Old Ironsides Energy Fund II (“Fund II”) with $1.3 billion of commitments. Fund II was significantly oversubscribed and its investor base comprises a well-diversified group of institutions with substantial energy investment experience.
Fund II will continue Old Ironsides’ successful strategy of acquiring and developing assets in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry, primarily in the United States and Canada. The Old Ironsides team has invested across multiple commodity cycles and developed numerous platforms with leading industry management teams, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that will continue to provide substantial deal flow.
