He has raised significant capital for a broad range of our clients' funds across private equity, infrastructure and private debt, helped to source fundraising mandates, and has been instrumental in generating secondary opportunities for the firm.

The firm has also appointed two new Principals – Xiaoni Shi, who is based in Hong Kong, and Nick Spencer, who is based in London. Xiaoni joined the firm in 2013 and covers the Asia Pacific region with an emphasis on Japan and Greater China. Nick joined the firm in 2010 and has worked across the range of the firm’s activities with a specific focus on secondary infrastructure transactions.
