Campbell Lutyens announces the appointment of Gerald Cooper as a Partner in New York
Gerald is a Partner in Campbell Lutyens’ secondary advisory team.
Before joining Campbell Lutyens in 2016, Gerald spent 12 years at UBS Investment Bank, where he was Global Co-head of Secondary Advisory in the Private Funds Group in New York. Prior to UBS Investment Bank, Gerald worked at Advantage Capital Partners focusing on direct investments in the Midwest and Southeast regions of North America and before that he worked in the corporate finance and equity capital markets teams of Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust Company in New York. He has extensive experience advising on the secondary sale of portfolios of funds, direct interests and GP led liquidity transactions.
Gerald graduated magna cum laude from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
