Kate Simpson joins Campbell Lutyens as General Counsel
Campbell Lutyens, one of the leading global private capital advisors, today announced the appointment of Kate Simpson as General Counsel. She has overall responsibility for all legal affairs at the firm globally.
Kate has more than 20 years of legal experience in private equity and asset management. She joins Campbell Lutyens from Proskauer where, as a partner in the Private Funds Group, she advised clients on the establishment and structuring of international investment funds, secondary private equity portfolio transactions as well as synthetic and co-investment structures. Prior to this, she was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
