Campbell Lutyens promotes five to Managing Director
Campbell Lutyens, one of the leading global private capital advisors, is pleased to announce it has appointed five to Managing Director in its latest round of promotions.
The appointments are across the firm’s global offices: Nick Best, and Alex Jerez-Fernandez and Brendan Webb in New York, James Windsor in London, and Victor de Brondeau in Paris.
Nick joined the firm in 2018 as an Executive on the US Secondaries team. He advises on a wide range of GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions across asset classes. Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, he spent two years as an analyst at Greenhill & Co. on their secondary advisory team and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of Chicago.
Alex joined the firm in 2019 and is a member of the fund placement team, focusing on advisory, execution and project management for private infrastructure fundraisings. She previously worked in private equity fund placement both at Jeffries and MVision Private Equity Advisers as well as in investor relations at Antares Capital. Alex began her career at Citi as an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Princeton University.
Brendan joined Campbell Lutyens in 2023 and is also a member of the fund placement team, with a focus on on advisory, execution and project management for private equity and private credit fundraisings. Additionally, Brendan covers US based wealth management platforms and RIAs. He was previously a Director in the Credit Suisse Private Fund Group and prior to this, held various roles at Stifel, Barclays and Morgan Stanley. Brendan holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
James joined Campbell Lutyens in 2015 and is a member of the fund placement team in London. His focus is on advisory and execution of venture capital, private equity and infrastructure fundraises. James previously worked at Barclays Investment Bank (FX Solutions Group), Morgan Stanley and a Beijing-based private equity fund. James holds a First Class Msci in Information Management from University College London.
Victor, based in Paris, joined Campbell Lutyens in 2022 and is a member of the fund placement team with a focus on investor relationships in the French-speaking and Southern Europe regions. Victor specialises in private equity, infrastructure and private credit markets. Prior to joining the firm, Victor was Country Head France for UBS Asset Management, as well as Head of Institutional Client Coverage France. Before that, he was responsible for the Wholesale Third Party and UBS Global Wealth Management France & Monaco at UBS Asset Management.
