Campbell Lutyens advised Meridiam on the $1.8 billion close of MINA IV, its flagship North America infrastructure fund

London, October 2, 2025 - Campbell Lutyens, the world’s leading independent private markets advisor, announces its role as lead advisor to Meridiam on the successful close of MINA IV, its fourth-generation North America infrastructure fund. With commitments of more than $1.8 billion, the fund significantly surpasses Meridiam’s previous flagship fund, MINA III.
MINA IV will focus on transformative infrastructure projects that seek to deliver robust returns and measurable impact across energy, mobility, and essential services sectors.
The fund leverages Meridiam’s well-established positioning to access high-quality assets, including US express lanes, a segment where Meridiam has established a leading presence and deep expertise. In August, Meridiam closed the SR400 Express Lanes P3 Project, one of the largest of its kind in the US with a total size of c.$11bn.
Campbell Lutyens has been proud to partner with Meridiam for over 20 years, raising $12 billion in primary capital commitments, and advising across the firm’s primaries, secondaries and GP capital strategies.
