Campbell Lutyens advises QIC on A$370 million equity raise for Pacific Energy London / Brisbane (May 28, 2025) -- Campbell Lutyens, a leading global private markets advisor, announces its partnership with QIC on the successful completion of a A$370 million equity raise for Australia’s largest remote energy platform, Pacific Energy Group (PEG). The project was delivered alongside a separate A$1.6 billion debt refinancing.

The raise includes new equity commitments from investors across Australia, Asia and North America. With a contracted capacity of 946MW across 48 sites, the PEG platform will continue to support Australia’s ongoing energy transition, delivering on strong customer demand and a deep pipeline of development project.

The round was substantially oversubscribed and takes the total amount of equity capital raised for Pacific Energy over the past 18 months to A$500 million.
