Campbell Lutyens announces five new partners and eight managing directors

London, 24 June, 2025: Campbell Lutyens, one of the leading global private capital advisors, today announces the appointment of five new partners across its global platform.
The new partner group includes Fred Han in New York, Rob Bee in London, Annabelle Judd in Paris, and James Shipperlee and Aiva Sperberga in Singapore. These promotions represent the largest annual designation of new partners in the firm’s 37-year history.
Campbell Lutyens has also appointed eight managing directors, including Derek Larson and Brian Susetka in New York, Ed Abel Smith, Ryan Franklin, Sascha Roth, Charlie Williams and Daria Geller in London, and Malcolm Yong in Singapore.

Fred joined Campbell Lutyens in 2019 and has over 20 years of industry experience. Based in New York, he leads the firm’s private credit secondary advisory practice, covering GP-led and LP-led transactions across private equity, infrastructure, and private credit.
Rob joined Campbell Lutyens in 2020 and brings over 25 years of industry experience. He leads Institutional and Private Wealth investor relationships in the UK and serves on the Advisory Board of Titanbay, a leading European private markets platform.
Annabelle joined Campbell Lutyens in 2017 with a previous role in M&A advisory. She set up the firm’s Paris office in 2020 and leads a range of GP-led transactions, managed fund solutions, and co-investment syndications across continental Europe.
James joined the London office in 2011, with an initial focus on PE and Infrastructure funds. Now based in Singapore, he serves as Co-Head of the APAC advisory team, leading primary execution and strategic advisory efforts for GPs across the region.
Aiva joined Campbell Lutyens in 2009 and has been based in Singapore since 2013. She is Co-Head of the APAC advisory team and Co-Head of APAC Secondaries, leading GP and LP advisory across secondary transactions in private equity, infrastructure, private credit, and real estate.
