Campbell Lutyens appoints Hannah Gore-Randall as Managing Director in its GP capital advisory practice

London (November 18, 2025) – Campbell Lutyens, a leading global private capital advisory firm, today announces the appointment of Hannah Gore-Randall as MD, within its GP capital advisory (GPCA) practice. Based in London, she will report to Thomas Liaudet, Partner and Global Head of GPCA. The appointment comes exactly four years after Campbell Lutyens launched its GPCA service offer, advising GPs on equity stakes and GP M&A.

Hannah brings nearly 20 years of experience in the alternative investment space, latterly as Managing Director of Alternative Finance & Head of GP Stakes at Legal & General. In this capacity she led the deployment of minority stakes into a number of successful GPs, including Pemberton Asset Management, NTR plc, Proprium Capital Partners, and ImpactA Global. Hannah brings an intrinsic understanding of the priorities of GP management teams in GP stake transactions, having served on the boards of Pemberton, NTR Asset Management and ImpactA global for a combined 20 years. She also played a central role in sourcing and executing M&A transactions, including the recent acquisition of US Proprium Capital Partners. Hannah also serves as a member of the Investment Committee of the Church of England Pension Board. She holds an MA in Geography & Management from the University of Cambridge.

Campbell Lutyens launched its GPCA service to clients in 2021, giving specialist advice on GP stakes management, GP M&A and financing solutions. Now comprising over 20 professionals in London, New York and Singapore, the team operates on a global basis, advising clients across the alternative investment spectrum. In recent months the team advised on multiple landmark transactions including Tree Hills Capital Partners’ sale of a minority stake to BCI, the acquisition of PepperTree by TPG, and GBL’s acquisition of a minority stake in Sagard. Campbell Lutyens also served as lead advisor on a number of earlier landmark transactions including the sale of Actis to General Atlantic and the acquisition of W Capital Partners by AXA, as well as Bridgepoint’s combination with Energy Capital Partners.
