Fund IV was significantly oversubscribed, closing with total capital commitments of $735 million, well ahead of its initial hard cap of $550M. It represents an uplift of over 80% to its predecessor, Rotunda III, which closed in 2022 with total commitments of $405 million.

In parallel with the close, the fund also completed its first investment in Capital Machine Tool, a distributor and repair service provider of metal fabrication machinery to US manufacturers across the Southeast and Midwest.
