15 September 2026 – Campbell Lutyens announces its role as adviser to EIG on Senior Infrastructure Debt Fund VI (“SIDF VI”), which recently held its final closing at $1.9 billion in aggregate commitments. Together with $2.1 billion raised by EIG in single investor vehicles, this exceeds the original $3 billion target and underscores significant institutional investor interest in senior, asset-backed infrastructure debt. Campbell Lutyens worked with EIG on a programme of global outreach which attracted commitments from a collection of institutional investors around the world in its inaugural role as placement agent in the growing asset-backed, infrastructure debt segment.

SIDF VI seeks to make senior secured debt investments across various sectors including power generation, renewable energy, energy transition infrastructure, midstream assets and other critical infrastructure, focused on the United States and Europe. SIDF VI has already committed approximately $1 billion across 16 investments.
