Campbell Lutyens advises InfraVia Capital Partners on €8bn hard cap for firm’s sixth infrastructure fund, InfraVia VI

The final close of InfraVia VI makes it the largest equity fund dedicated to European infrastructure.
Campbell Lutyens (CL) advised InfraVia Capital Partners on the €8.08bn hard cap final close of its sixth-generation infrastructure fund, InfraVia VI (InfraVia European Fund VI).
Following strong global demand, InfraVia VI was oversubscribed and closed above its original hard cap. This sixth vintage underscores InfraVia’s commitment to supporting Europe’s essential infrastructure, with a strategy anchored in sectors critical to Europe’s future competitiveness and resilience: energy and energy transition, digital infrastructure, mobility, and social infrastructure.
“We’re proud to have partnered with InfraVia Capital Partners on the final close of InfraVia VI, which in itself represents an important milestone for the European infrastructure market,” said Richard Moore, Global Co-Head of Infrastructure and Energy at CL. “This successful fundraising reflects the strength of the strategy and the quality of the assets, supported by CL’s deep LP market access and global relationships. Congratulations to all involved across the InfraVia and CL teams.”
CL’s infrastructure team has advised on more than 40 infrastructure funds, with an aggregate value of over $100B, since 2012.
