Campbell Lutyens, the world’s leading independent private capital advisor, announces its role as lead financial advisor to Littlejohn & Co. (“Littlejohn”), a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private investment firm focused on private equity and debt investments in middle-market companies, on the successful closing of a continuation vehicle anchored by Valcourt Group (“Valcourt”), a leading provider of building envelope maintenance and restoration services for mid- and high-rise properties.

Carlyle AlpInvest served as lead investor in the transaction, with further participation from a group of blue-chip institutional investors. The continuation vehicle represents a significant realization event for existing investors and is a strong endorsement of Valcourt’s long-term growth potential.

“We’re pleased to have partnered with Littlejohn on a successful continuation vehicle centered around Valcourt, delivering a strong outcome for existing investors while positioning the company for its next phase of growth,” said Gerald Cooper, Partner and Global Co-Head of Secondaries at Campbell Lutyens. “The transaction underscores the secondary market’s strong appetite for high-quality assets managed by great middle market GPs. This is another compelling example of how well-structured continuation vehicles can be used to align the interests of all stakeholders.”

Valcourt’s service offerings include window cleaning, waterproofing and restoration work, providing a comprehensive, integrated solution to customers. Since Littlejohn’s initial investment in 2021, Valcourt has grown into a scaled, national platform with a differentiated position in building envelope maintenance services for more than16,000 properties across the United States.
