Campbell Lutyens advises Webster Equity Partners on $1.8B fundraise for Fund VI

Campbell Lutyens, the world’s leading independent private capital advisor, advised Webster Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on medically necessary healthcare services, on Webster Equity Partners VI, L.P. and its parallel vehicle, Webster Equity Partners VI (Luxembourg) SCSp (together, “Fund VI”). With total commitments of approximately $1.8bn, Fund VI marks the largest raise in Webster’s history.
This closing continues Webster’s long-standing strategy of partnering with founders and management teams to build leading healthcare services platforms through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Fund VI received strong support from a globally diversified group of existing and new investors, including financial institutions, pension funds, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, and family offices. Fund VI is actively investing, with five platform investments completed to date.
“We’ve been privileged to maintain a longstanding partnership with Webster, this close marks our third successful primary fundraise,” said Sarah Sandstrom, Partner and Head of U.S. Placement at Campbell Lutyens, who led the effort. “The strong support from a diverse group of existing and new investors across the globe highlights the conviction in what the team at Webster has built. We’re looking forward to what comes next.”
Since its founding in 2003, Webster has invested approximately $6.5 billion in healthcare services companies and has developed a reputation as a value-added partner to entrepreneurs and management teams.
