Campbell Lutyens announces Richard Moore and Guillermo Marroquin as Global Co-Heads of Infrastructure & Energy

CATEGORY: Company
DATE: 20 July 2026

Campbell Lutyens has named Richard Moore and Guillermo Marroquin as Co-Heads of its global infrastructure practice, effective 1 July 2026. Richard and Guillermo will work alongside Gordon Bajnai, CEO, who will continue to oversee select strategic relationships and mandates and David Perrin, Head of Infrastructure Secondaries.

The appointments come as Campbell Lutyens marks 20 years advising clients across the infrastructure sector. The firm recently topped Infrastructure Investor’s 2026 global advisory rankings by both new capital raised and total capital raised. It was recognised by the publication as establishing “clear daylight” between itself and other sector advisors, raising more than 13x its nearest rival in the sector. Moreover, CL was recently named by Infrastructure Investor as global placement agent of the year for the second year running and made a clean sweep of the Investor Awards in the global, EMEA, APAC and Americas categories.

Richard has been with Campbell Lutyens for 14 years and previously led the firm’s EMEA Infrastructure and Energy Transition activity, advising infrastructure managers globally on fundraising strategy, execution and investor engagement.

Guillermo has been with Campbell Lutyens for over 10 years and previously led the firm’s North American Infrastructure and Real Assets activity, bringing deep experience across infrastructure, real assets and institutional investor coverage.

Gordon Bajnai, CEO and Partner at Campbell Lutyens, said: “Richard and Guillermo are highly respected leaders within our infrastructure practice and across the wider market. I am confident our global infrastructure team will continue to flourish under their leadership.”

Commenting on their appointment, Richard Moore and Guillermo Marroquin said: “Infrastructure remains one of the most important and dynamic areas of private markets, shaped by long-term themes, including energy security, digitalisation and the need for resilient essential assets. We look forward to building on Campbell Lutyens’ deep asset class expertise and global networks to best serve the interests of our clients.
