I Squared Capital announces Final Closing of ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund
I Squared Capital, a leading independent global infrastructure investment manager, announced today that it has closed the ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund (the “Fund”) with total commitments of US$3.0 billion. I Squared Capital’s Fund received strong interest, with demand exceeding the US$3.0 billion legal cap.
